The Lodge at Arrow Lakes is on the lookout for a Food & Beverage Manager to support the Hotel Manager in daily operations. Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve Food & Beverage KPIs collaboratively
• Act as a primary contact for F&B operations
• Maintain high service standards and compliance
• Oversee ordering processes and cost management

Requirements:
• Leadership experience of 5+ years in F&B
• Relevant hospitality-related education preferred
• Certifications in Food Safe and Serving It Right
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
