You will be the primary contact for guests, manage appointments using the Jane App, and maintain an inviting environment. Your experience in hospitality is essential for fostering outstanding service standards and enhancing guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and support to Spa Receptionists

• Assist in training and onboarding new staff

• Manage scheduling and shift coordination

• Lead by example in guest services

• Handle guest concerns and feedback professionally

Requirements:

• Experience in spa or luxury hospitality reception

• Previous supervisory experience is an asset

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
