As a Night Guest Agent, you will enhance the guest experience at Fairmont Palliser with your professional demeanor and service skills. This role requires at least one year of experience in hospitality or customer service, focusing on guest satisfaction and hotel efficiency during the night shifts. You'll be responsible for ensuring front desk operations run smoothly at all hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete nightly audit and front desk responsibilities
