In this dynamic role, you will manage catering and event operations with a focus on guest satisfaction and operational excellence. As a key supervisor, coordinate daily logistics, oversee staff, and ensure compliance with safety regulations while supporting a collaborative environment. Your leadership will be pivotal in delivering seamless dining and event experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise timely catering and event setup and breakdown
• Coordinate with culinary and service teams for flawless execution
• Serve as primary contact for clients during events
• Monitor service quality and adjust for guest satisfaction
• Train and mentor hospitality staff for continuous improvement
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality or Event Management
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience
• Excellent client service and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software
• Flexibility to work evenings and extended hours as needed
