Key Responsibilities:
• Coach Front-of-House team for success
• Maintain a strong service presence on the floor
• Facilitate pre-shift meetings and operational priorities
• Manage cleanliness and venue presentation
• Monitor daily sales performance and operational KPIs
Requirements:
• At least 3 years in hospitality management
• Leadership experience in bars or restaurants
• Skilled in service operations and team development
• Strong knowledge of cocktails and responsible service
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
