Reporting directly to the Front Office Manager, this position requires a solid background of two years in hotel operations. Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential, and experience with the Micros OPERA PMS system is preferred. Fluency in English is required, with additional language skills being a plus. This role involves varied shifts, including weekends, to ensure 24/7 service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests sincerely and handle check-ins
• Ensure smooth and effective check-out procedures
• Answer phone inquiries with professionalism
• Coordinate deliveries of requests directly to guest rooms
• Collaborate to achieve superior customer service
Requirements:
• 2 years experience in hospitality industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Familiarity with Micros OPERA is an asset
• Must be 19 years of age or older
• Flexible availability for various shifts
