Become a Front Desk Supervisor, responsible for managing operations, schedules, and guest relations. This position balances supervisory duties with hands-on support in a fast-paced environment.
As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will coordinate activities among a team of 5-10 employees. Your main tasks will involve establishing procedures, resolving work problems, and tracking reports to improve both productivity and quality. Additionally, your role will focus on assisting guests, especially those with special needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Co-ordinate and review tasks across departments
• Establish work schedules for team members
• Supervise daily operations and guest interactions
• Maintain computer systems and ensure repairs
• Hire and train new staff in procedures and policies
Requirements:
• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• 1 year to less than 2 years experience in management
• Strong judgment and organizational skills
• Dependable and engaging with clients
• Must be available for shift work including evenings
