You will be instrumental in training and supporting fellow guides while fostering guest satisfaction and memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality tours with safety and engagement

• Enhance guest experiences to drive reviews

• Train and mentor incoming tour guides

• Ensure tours run on time and with proper staffing

• Address day-of operational challenges effectively

Requirements:

• Proven storytelling and communication skills
