Under the Food and Beverage Manager, you will oversee event operations, ensuring exceptional food service and presentation. This position demands strong supervisory skills, with a focus on training staff and maintaining guest satisfaction. Experience in leading operations in high-pressure situations is essential to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise all event setups and break down procedures
• Ensure timely and accurate food and bar service
• Train and coach food and beverage staff effectively
• Maintain high sanitation and safety standards
• Lead pre-shift meetings and manage staff timesheets
Requirements:
• Previous supervisory experience in food and beverage
• Knowledge of AV and event setup processes
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Valid AGLC Pro Serve certification required
