Join The Lodge at Arrow Lakes as a Food & Beverage Manager in Nakusp, BC. Focus on delivering exceptional service and managing a dynamic food program in this full-time position.
As Food & Beverage Manager, you will support the Hotel Manager in leading a team within the lodge's dining operations. This key role involves overseeing front-of-house service, inventory control, and menu planning while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead team performance and guest service initiatives
• Ensure compliance with food safety and liquor laws
• Manage F&B inventory and cost controls effectively
• Partner with Hotel Manager for operational alignment
• Drive sustainability initiatives and community engagement
Requirements:
• 5 years leadership experience in the F&B sector
• Preferred post-secondary education in hospitality
• Valid Food Safe Certificate and Serving It Right
• Attention to detail and strategic planning skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings
