This role involves overseeing event logistics and coordinating a team dedicated to exceptional guest experiences. You will ensure compliance with health and safety standards while managing multiple priorities and serving 200-250 guests daily. Your leadership will foster a culture of teamwork and client satisfaction throughout every event.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily catering operations and staff supervision
• Work with culinary teams to execute menu planning
• Act as client liaison during corporate functions
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and best practices
• Manage inventory and contribute to sustainability initiatives
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• At least 3 years supervisory experience in catering/event management
• Strong communication and client service skills
• Knowledge of event logistics and banquet operations
• Availability for evenings and extended event hours
