This leadership position offers the opportunity to oversee the operations of the Royal Service team. You'll ensure smooth handling of guest inquiries and feedback through effective management of call center functions. With a focus on mentoring and developing staff, you'll lead initiatives aimed at enhancing the guest experience, providing coaching, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily functions of Royal Service operations

• Develop and mentor team members through training

• Analyze guest feedback to guide operational changes

• Act as a mentor for Guest Recovery issues

• Collaborate with other departments for optimal guest satisfaction
Requirements:

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in hospitality

• Degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred

• Strong knowledge of Front Office systems

• Proven ability to motivate and lead teams

• Superior problem-solving and interpersonal skills
