Position: Food & Beverage Leadership Role Nakusp
Join The Lodge at Arrow Lakes as Food & Beverage Manager in beautiful Nakusp, BC. This full-time role demands leadership skills for exceptional service in the hospitality industry.
As the Food & Beverage Manager, you'll work closely with the Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring that both culinary and service departments excel. Your focus will include ongoing team development, service standard optimization, and strict adherence to safety regulations while supporting the lodge's financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate to meet financial and operational F&B goals

• Guide and train team members in service excellence

• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and liquor laws

• Oversee inventory management and product costing

• Lead sustainability efforts throughout the operations
Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in a related area preferred

• At least 5 years of leadership experience in F&B

• Food Safe Certificate and BC Serving It Right required

• Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills

• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
