As a Cafe & Experience Team Member (known internally around here as a Brand Ambassador ), your mission is to bring the Righteous brand to life at our HQ gelato factory, coffee bar, and out in the community your mission is to bring the Righteous brand to life at our HQ gelato factory, coffee bar, and out in the community .

You aren't just serving treats; you are the face of Righteous, hosting unforgettable fan tours, leading our public Gelato Academy making classes, and crafting exceptional cafe moments. Through high-energy events, sampling, and daily guest interactions, you turn everyday visits into lasting impressions and lifelong fans.

Reporting to the Experience Coordinator, you bring events, sampling, gelato academy classes, tours, and cafe experiences to life, delivering every interaction seamlessly, on-brand, and with great energy.

• Elevate the Cafe: Deliver exceptional, on-brand experiences in our factory café, serving premium gelato and beverages, and engaging directly with fans.

• Host with the Most: Own the execution of our public factory tours and Gelato Academy classes, ensuring consistency, high energy, and top-tier guest entertainment.

• Create Community: Maintain a warm, welcoming environment that reflects the Righteous brand and turns first-time visitors into loyal fans.

• Embody the Vibe: Bring your authentic personality, energy, and genuine human connection to every single shift.

• Represent Righteous at events, in-store demos, and community activations across Calgary.
• Serve and sample products while sharing our story, clean ingredients, and what makes us different.
• Safely transport product and materials to and from events.
• Capture quick notes and insights from demos and events to help us learn what fans love.

• The Logistics Check: You have a valid driver's license for driving Bambino (our mini gelato truck), a clean abstract, and access to a reliable vehicle for every shift.
• The Basics: You have a cell phone, can lift up to 50 lbs, and are comfortable being on your feet for the duration of your shifts.

• Hospitality
  
  Experience:
  
  Previous experience in hospitality, food service, cafes, bars, or guest services is highly preferred.
• Culinary Asset: Experience working safely with food, commercial kitchen spaces, or a background in baking/pastry is a massive asset for our Gelato Academy classes.
• People
  
  Skills:
  
  Comfort engaging with large groups, public speaking/storytelling, and creating memorable, crowd-pleasing moments.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in different environments, from high-volume sampling booths to structured cafe shifts.

• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and create meaningful fan experiences.
• Friendly, positive, and passionate about connecting with people.
