As the Bell Captain, you will play a vital role in guest satisfaction by supervising the Guest Services team and ensuring high-quality service during all interactions. A minimum of two years in a supervisory hospitality role is preferred, along with skills in team leadership and guest operations. You’ll manage luggage services and support seamless arrivals and departures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personalized guest experience throughout their stay
• Supervise and guide staff on exceptional service practices
• Oversee luggage handling, security, and transport
• Coordinate daily operations for smooth service delivery
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness in guest areas
Requirements:
• Class 5 Driver’s License and solid driving abilities
• Preferred two years in a supervisory hotel role
• Effective communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and emergencies
• Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible shifts
