Hotel Front Desk Agent

In this role on the Front Desk Team, you will proactively address guest needs, manage reservations, and facilitate check-ins and check-outs. Experience in Front Office Operations and proficiency in systems like Opera are advantageous for this opportunity. A positive and inspiring personality is key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle guest requests with care and professionalism
• Review and manage all guest reservations accurately
• Communicate guest preferences and needs to other departments
• Ensure a balanced cash float during shifts
• Provide information on local events and activities to guests
Requirements:
• 1–2+ years in Front Office or hospitality experience preferred
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Microsoft Office knowledge mandatory
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Hospitality Management degree/diploma is beneficial
