We’re not just a golf simulator venue — we’re a modern social clubhouse.

We’re looking for an Assistant Manager / Floor Manager who can lead from the front, elevate service standards, and help build a high-performing team from day one. Full‑time preferred; strong part‑time candidates will be considered. This is a hands‑on leadership role.

• Leading the floor during service
• Supporting and coaching staff
• Handling guest issues
• Helping build systems as we grow

• Lead shifts and act as the main point of contact during service
• Coach and support hosts, servers, and bartenders
• Handle guest concerns confidently and professionally
• Monitor flow across simulators, bar, and seating
• Jump into service when needed (this is key)
• Maintain team energy, accountability, and standards
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training
• Support opening and closing operations

• 2+ years in a leadership role (Supervisor, Shift Lead, or Manager)
• Strong presence and confidence leading a team
• Proven ability to handle high‑pressure service environments
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
• High energy, positive attitude, and professionalism
• Attention to detail and pride in execution
• Team‑first mindset with leadership maturity

• Days, evenings, and weekends required
• Ability to work in a high‑energy, fast‑paced environment
