In this pivotal role reporting to the VP Operations, you will oversee comprehensive hotel operations at BCP, focusing on standardization and optimization. Responsibilities include monitoring financial performance with hotel General Managers and developing support tactics that align with executive strategies. You'll lead team training efforts and manage key vendor relationships essential for operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with General Managers on operational standards
• Monitor hotel operating costs and satisfaction scores
• Analyze financial metrics and optimize hotel performance
• Manage vendor relationships for quality services
• Develop training programs for hotel operations teams
Requirements:
• Proven experience in hospitality operations management
• Strong communication abilities for effective leadership
• Comprehensive understanding of hotel budgets and metrics
• Well-versed in Microsoft and hotel property management tools
• Familiarity with hotel mechanical and electrical systems
