This part-time role focuses on delivering life-changing experiences for guests visiting our stunning destinations. You will collaborate with the Destinations Guest Operations team to ensure guest satisfaction by providing vital services, from check-ins to problem-solving. Candidates must be available for at least two shifts weekly, prioritizing Tuesday evenings and Wednesday mornings for scheduling needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist guests with expert advice
• Facilitate smooth transitions and transport for guests
• Manage luggage and special guest requirements
• Maintain aesthetics at Stations and Guest Centres
• Uphold safety standards and assist in emergencies
Requirements:
• Valid AB or BC Driver’s License (asset)
• Experience in tourism or customer service (asset)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Adaptability in high-demand environments
