Main Requirements
  • Must live on site (60% rental discount)
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license and own vehicle required
Responsibilities
  • Love people and be versatile; hands‑on with cleaning and maintenance tasks and take ownership of the site
  • Flexible schedule; available to work evenings and weekends
  • Collect rent and follow up on defaults
  • Inspect vacant and upcoming suites
  • Lease and show suites
  • Conduct annual suite inspections
  • Prepare and deliver bank deposits
  • Ensure contractors arrive per scheduled timelines and complete work per contract conditions
  • Assist with snow removal, cleaning, and touch‑up painting as required
  • Complete other tasks as assigned
Experience and Educational Requirements
  • 2 years customer service experience required
  • Post‑secondary education in a related field is an asset
Technical Requirements
  • Computer experience required with web‑based programs preferred
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing systems and new technology
  • Familiarity with technology is an asset
Non‑Technical Requirements
  • Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to take responsibility for all actions and decisions and follow through until a resolution is obtained
  • Exceptional problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and assertiveness
  • Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, and lifting
  • Ability to maneuver or lift up to 10 kg with the proper equipment
