Become a Concierge Agent at Fairmont Banff, starting at a competitive rate of $25.00 per hour. You'll facilitate arrangements for dining, spa, and local activities, enhancing the guest experience.
This role requires a comprehensive understanding of hotel amenities and local attractions in Banff. Candidates with a background in guest services or as a member of Les Clefs d'Or will excel. Key responsibilities include logging reservations, creating itineraries, and providing essential information on tourist activities. Strong analytical and communication skills are crucial for managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist guests with making reservations and scheduling activities
• Provide accurate guidance regarding hotel services and local tours
• Log and confirm reservations accurately for guest convenience
• Utilize software programs effectively for bookings and inquiries
• Complete other assigned functions as necessary
Requirements:
• Prior experience in Guest Services or Royal Service
• Excellent communication and administrative skills
• Familiarity with Front Office programs is a plus
• In-depth knowledge of Banff attractions
• Ability to engage effectively while standing for hours
