Night Concierge

Position: Night Concierge at Covenant Living
Experience a fulfilling role as a Night Concierge with Covenant Living in Calgary. This casual position focuses on resident safety, hospitality, and building security from 11 PM to 7 AM.

In this critical role, you will report to the Site Manager and perform hourly check-ins, ensuring the health and safety of residents. Your responsibilities will encompass responding to resident requests and adhering to the Service Plan while embodying the mission and values of Covenant Living. Strong hospitality skills and the ability to work independently are essential to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hourly check-ins for resident safety

• Respond to service requests, including escorts and wellness checks

• Update resident census and service requests accurately

• Report changes in health status to management

• Complete daily Concierge checklist thoroughly

Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 12 education required

• First Aid & CPR certification needed

• Five years in a service/hospitality role preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Strong communication and organizational skills
