Position: Food & Beverage Operations Supervisor Role
Shape the guest experience as a Food & Beverage Operations Supervisor with Travel + Leisure Co. Engage in team leadership and ensure compliance in a vibrant resort setting.

As a key member of the management team, you'll supervise Food and Beverage associates while assisting with guest services and operational functions.

Your role will include conducting essential inspections and ensuring inventory accuracy to foster efficient service. Your contributions will maintain high-quality standards and elevate guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support Food and Beverage staff effectively

• Assist with staffing, compliance, and guest services

• Conduct inspections of food handling and safety practices

• Oversee cash handling procedures and invoice management

• Maintain high satisfaction for guests and owners

Requirements:

• Current Health and Alcohol certifications required

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in Food and Beverage

• Familiarity with kitchen operations and equipment

• Experience with cash handling practices

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
