Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction

• Assist with luggage handling and guest inquiries

• Oversee the efficiency of tour processes

• Maintain the lobby's inviting appearance

• Collaborate with oncoming shifts for smooth operations

Requirements:

• Class 5 Driver’s License is required

• Experience in guest services preferred

• Capable of lifting up to 50lbs

• First Aid and CPR knowledge is a plus

• Flexibility to work night shifts
