Your role is essential in ensuring every guest feels welcomed and cared for upon arrival.
In this position, you will greet guests with enthusiasm, manage vehicle services, and provide information about the hotel and Calgary. Your commitment to a clean and safe entrance will greatly enhance the overall guest experience. Collaborating with the Front Office is vital to maintain high service standards and anticipate needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome all guests with a friendly demeanor
• Co-manage valet and traffic flow at the entrance
• Assist with luggage handling and guest transportation
• Ensure cleanliness and professionalism at the entrance
• Notify staff of VIP arrivals and needs
Requirements:
• One year of experience in a hospitality role
• Degree in Hospitality or related field
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Deliver outstanding service and create memorable moments for guests at the Dorian!
