You will be responsible for training and inspiring your team while managing guest feedback and resolving issues promptly. Daily participation in team meetings will keep operations seamless and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise Room and Public Area Attendants

• Maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards

• Address guest feedback and resolve concerns swiftly

• Train and coach team for optimal performance

• Actively participate in daily operational meetings

Requirements:

• Housekeeping supervisory experience, ideally in luxury settings

• Skilled in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Opera is beneficial

• Physically fit for active duty in various conditions

• Flexibility for varied work schedules, including nights

• Must be authorized to work in Canada
