Position: Part-Time Night Bellperson at Fairmont

As part of our Night Bellperson team, you will be responsible for enhancing guest satisfaction while managing luggage assistance, guest inquiries, and seamless tour arrivals and departures. You are expected to uphold the Fairmont brand's promise of exceptional service and create memorable interactions with each guest. Your dedication will play a crucial role in fostering both guest relations and employee camaraderie.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized guest service with warm interaction

• Manage luggage needs efficiently and courteously

• Ensure smooth transitions on guest arrivals and departures

• Communicate effectively with your team for transition smoothness

• Adhere to Health & Safety protocols during hotel emergencies

Requirements:

• Night shift availability is essential

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and Driver’s Abstract

• Previous experience in Guest Services preferred

• First Aid and CPR certification are assets

• Knowledge of Calgary and hotel services is a plus
