Breakfast Service Supervisor Position

This role requires a proactive Lead Breakfast Server to manage the breakfast service team in a hotel environment. You will train team members, ensure cleanliness and safety, and quickly resolve any guest issues. Your engaging demeanor will help foster a positive dining experience and enhance guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leading service and support to guests

• Train staff on service standards and procedures

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of breakfast area

• Address guest needs and resolve issues promptly

• Assist in opening and closing breakfast operations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred

• Degree in Hospitality or Tourism is a plus

• Strong commitment to guest satisfaction and safety

• Adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment

• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
