In this role, you will oversee the housekeeping team, ensuring compliance with safety and cleanliness standards. You'll utilize your 2-3 years of housekeeping experience to inspect properties, assist staff, and recommend necessary enhancements. Responsible coordination with other departments is a key part of maintaining service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate activities of housekeeping staff effectively
• Inspect sites for cleanliness and safety compliance
• Suggest or arrange repairs, renovations, or additional services
• Support cleaners in daily tasks as needed
• Liaise with other departments to manage workflow
Requirements:
• Secondary school diploma or equivalent experience
• 2 to less than 3 years in a housekeeping role
• Proficient in English language
• Must be authorized to work in Canada
• Strong supervisory and organization skills
