Key Responsibilities:
• Complete nightly revenue and transaction audits
• Provide excellent service to guests checking in late
• Manage front desk operations during the night
• File and maintain accurate documentation
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly
Requirements:
• Open availability for overnight shifts required
• Experience in hotel Front Desk settings is a plus
• Knowledge of hotel operations preferred
• Valid Alberta driver’s license needed
• Clean driving record is mandatory
