Elevate your career as the Signature Events Manager, overseeing daily restaurant operations at a prestigious Marriott location while ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Lead and conduct enchanting events like the Magic Table to captivate patrons.

In this managerial position, you will leverage your expertise to monitor service quality and drive associate morale. Develop financial strategies in partnership with the Food & Beverage Director and engage with teams to implement effective promotions.

Your role is key to maintaining high service standards and managing operational flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding guest services in dining outlets

• Assist in creating operational financial plans

• Conduct evaluations and coaching to improve service

• Lead special events, including the Magic Table

• Address customer feedback and resolve complaints

Requirements:

• At least four years of food and beverage management experience

• Degree in hospitality or equivalent

• Extensive wine knowledge, WSET Level 1 certification

• Strong public speaking and performance skills

• Proficient in relevant PMS systems
