In your role as an AYS Agent, you will deliver courteous service and expert support for room service and front office tasks. You should have at least one year of relevant customer service experience and a background in Hospitality or Tourism. Your commitment to safety and guest satisfaction will make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent service to guests and associates
• Prepare for guest arrivals with reservations and room blocking
• Offer support in managing group and sales inventory
• Handle incident documentation and guest case management
• Take in-room dining orders and coordinate services
Requirements:
• Minimum one year in a customer service role
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism required
• Outstanding communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends
• Physical ability to stand or sit for long periods
