Your role will center around providing exceptional service and ensuring guest satisfaction.

In this part-time position, you'll be an integral part of our guest services. Your responsibilities include assisting with luggage, managing guest inquiries, and ensuring all departures and arrivals are smooth and timely. You’ll embody the Fairmont values, treating guests as individuals and personalizing their experiences. Additionally, your proactive approach will resolve any issues while accommodating guests effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide engaging service that enhances guest satisfaction

• Assist with luggage needs and requests

• Ensure smooth tour transitions for arrivals and departures

• Keep hotel lobby welcoming and pristine

• Follow established quality assurance standards

Requirements:

• Availability for night shifts is required

• Class 5 Driver’s License with Driver’s Abstract needed

• Previous guest services experience is preferred

• Current First Aid and CPR certification an asset

• Post-secondary education in hospitality is a plus
