As the Seasonal Front of House Manager, you'll lead daily operations at National on 8th, ensuring seamless cooperation among staff while maintaining high service levels. With your expertise in scheduling, budgeting, and inventory control, you will enhance everyday guest experiences while mentoring team members to excel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure guests receive outstanding customer service
• Manage communication flow between front and back of house
• Develop and execute employee training programs
• Conduct budgeting and inventory assessments
• Resolve guest complaints with professionalism and speed
Requirements:
• 3+ years’ experience in a similar management role
• Strong background in food and beverage service
• Proven track record of meeting sales objectives
• Ability to handle performance management processes
• Valid Food Safe Certification required
