In this leadership role, you are responsible for ensuring high-quality service while closely monitoring operations in the restaurant and events sphere. Key Responsibilities:

• Consistently deliver high levels of guest and associate service

• Assist in developing operational and financial strategies

• Conduct staff training and maintain team morale

• Innovate promotional content with the culinary team

• Ensure a flawless execution of signature dining events

Requirements:

• Minimum of four years’ experience in food & beverage roles

• Degree in hospitality or related field

• Extensive wine knowledge, WSET Level 1 or higher

• Proven ability to manage multiple outlets

• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
