As a Bell Captain, you will provide exceptional service and oversee daily operations at the hotel. This role demands strong leadership skills, along with excellent communication and organization. With a minimum of two years in supervisory roles, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth guest experiences from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional luxury guest service
• Supervise and support Guest Services colleagues
• Coordinate daily operations and staffing deployment
• Oversee luggage handling and transportation
• Address guest concerns and support satisfaction
Requirements:
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and strong driving abilities
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
• First Aid/CPR certification preferred
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and manage multiple priorities
