Elevate guest experiences as a Concierge at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise in Banff National Park. Guide guests to wellness and promote luxury services in this engaging role.

As a part of the Concierge team in our new Basin Glacial Waters wellness facility, you will manage bookings and provide guests with personalized guidance on specialty experiences. This permanent position requires strong communication and organizational skills, contributing significantly to guest satisfaction in one of the most stunning locations in the world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle Basin reservations and respond to guest inquiries

• Collaborate with Fairmont Spa to deliver luxurious treatment options

• Meet booking quotas and promote hotel services

• Generate and audit daily reports for reservation accuracy

• Assist facility attendants during peak times

Requirements:

• Previous experience in reservations or sales preferred

• Familiar with Opera PMS and Book4

Time systems

• Strong organizational and analytical skills required

• Proficient in Word and Excel

• Ability to lift up to 20lbs and work shifts
