• Deliver friendly and engaging service to guests

• Ensure adherence to Fairmont Gold standards

• Review reservations to meet guest requests

• Motivate the team to maximize revenue

• Resolve guest concerns swiftly and effectively

Requirements:

• Previous guest service experience required

• Experience with Property Management Systems

• Proficient in Microsoft Windows applications

• Legal age to serve alcohol in Alberta

• Pro Serve certification required
