Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional guest service with a positive attitude

• Assist guests with all luggage needs during their stay

• Maintain hotel lobby appearance for a welcoming experience

• Answer inquiries related to hotel services and Calgary

• Communicate effectively with other shifts for smooth operations

Requirements:

• Class 5 Driver's License and clean Drivers Abstract

• Previous experience in guest services preferred

• Ability to lift heavy items up to 50lbs

• First Aid and CPR certifications preferred

• Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
