Calgary Stampede Liquor Supervisor

Become part of the action at National Saloon as a Liquor Supervisor during the Calgary Stampede. Oversee bar operations, manage liquor inventory, and ensure a streamlined service experience.

This full-time seasonal contract role is essential for the successful execution of beverage services at the Calgary Stampede. Reporting to the Beverage Director, you will manage product requisitions, verify inventory counts, and work closely with liquor managers and bar assistants to ensure accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with liquor managers on initial bar requisitions

• Verify and weigh in/out bars and beverage counts

• Ensure correctness of requisition sheets before dispatch

• Organize liquor and canned product records for easy access

• Assist in transporting bar products back to liquor area

Requirements:

• 1-2 years’ experience in high-volume bar environment

• Valid Alberta Pro Serve Certification required

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Basic math skills for financial transactions

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
