Position: Assistant Manager Housing Services Fairmont
Location: Lake Louise

Elevate staff living quality at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise as an Assistant Staff Housing and Services Manager. Assist 900 residents by ensuring a clean and welcoming community environment.

In this permanent role beginning July 2026, you’ll oversee daily housing operations and lifestyle programs for residents. With leadership skills, you'll manage a diverse team, foster inclusivity, and handle policy enforcement while enhancing the overall living experience. Your proactive approach and conflict resolution skills will play a vital role in shaping a supportive community for all.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service and support to residents

• Supervise, train, and lead a diverse team

• Assist with employee arrival and housing readiness

• Enforce housing policies and ensure compliance

• Collaborate with HR and Security for resident relations

Requirements:

• Leadership experience managing teams of 15+ employees

• Strong conflict resolution and empathy skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite required

• Valid class 5 license necessary

• Experience in property management is an asset
