Hotel Arts is looking for enthusiastic candidates for a casual and full-time position as a Valet/Guest Services Agent. You will be a key member of the Front Office team, assisting guests with their luggage and educating them about hotel offerings.

Your role involves managing the parking area and upholding a clean and hospitable entrance to the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional service to guests in the lobby

• Valet park vehicles according to established standards

• Assist and manage guest luggage with care

• Maintain cleanliness of the entrance and lobby areas

• Provide information about local attractions and hotel amenities

Requirements:

• Class 5 Driver’s License with clean driving record

• Minimum 3 years of driving experience

• Previous hospitality work is a plus

• Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays

• Must pass a criminal background check
