Provide exceptional service as a Valet Attendant at our prestigious casino. Greet guests with a smile and direct them efficiently to their destinations while ensuring a positive first impression.
As a Valet Attendant, you will report to the Lead Valet Supervisor and be responsible for controlling guest traffic at the entrance.
Your role involves not just welcoming visitors but also anticipating their needs and directing them to various outlets within the casino. Communication is key, as you'll need to interact effectively with guests and staff alike.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist guests at the casino entrance
• Direct guests to appropriate outlets and departments
• Maintain a warm, friendly demeanor throughout your shift
• Communicate issues to the Security Department immediately
• Adhere to Health and Safety requirements
Requirements:
• 3+ years of Canadian driving experience
• Valid driver’s license and driver’s abstract required
• Ability to drive both standard and automatic vehicles
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to stand and walk for 8 hours daily
