Elevate your career with Lake Louise Inn as a full-time Administrative Assistant. This role focuses on providing executive support while getting hands-on experience across various hotel operations.
As part of the Hospitality Support Team, you’ll report to the Financial Controller and assist in multiple hotel areas, including operations and marketing. We're seeking an energetic individual with a flexibility to contribute wherever needed. Your responsibilities will range from clerical tasks to supporting key operational functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal assistance to the executive team
• Prepare reports, memos, and presentations
• Assist in hotel operations across various departments
• Maintain recognition boards and internal communications
• Oversee social media updates for the hotel
Requirements:
• Energetic and hands-on approach required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office and design software
• Prior experience in hospitality is an asset
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license required
