In this supervisory role, you will be focused on maintaining high service standards while managing front desk operations. A minimum of three years in a full-service hotel is essential, along with supervisory experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of the Micros OPERA PMS system will be pivotal in your daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise front desk operations and guest services
• Ensure adherence to service quality standards
• Train and mentor front desk staff effectively
• Handle reservations and coordinate with departments
• Maintain calm during peak times while ensuring efficiency
Requirements:
• Hospitality Management Diploma or equivalent
• At least 3 years of full-service hotel experience
• 3 years in a supervisory role
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Standard First Aid certification
