In this position, you will oversee diverse activities including managing the rental shop and leading kids camps for family groups. Actively engage with guests by coordinating events and providing safety instructions for recreational activities. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and assist with rental equipment usage

• Organize and supervise children’s activities safely

• Maintain cleanliness and safety in fitness areas

• Coordinate and facilitate exciting guest activities

• Ensure canoe rentals and lake safety compliance

Requirements:

• Background in recreation or child care preferred

• Exceptional guest service and communication skills

• Passion for health and physical activity

• CPR and First Aid certified

• Capable of lifting heavy equipment
