In this managerial role, you will oversee all functions of the Front Office and Guest Services, ensuring the quality and training of the team meet Inn Vest's high standards. You’ll take a proactive approach in guest interaction and operational support, while collaborating with hotel management on marketing and sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise Front Office, Reservations, and Guest Activities
• Ensure staff are trained to uphold service quality standards
• Handle guest complaints with effective resolutions
• Monitor performance through guest satisfaction metrics
• Collaborate on occupancy and revenue management strategies
Requirements:
• Two years as a Guest Service Supervisor or Manager
• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality or related field desired
• Experience with Opera PMS and MS applications required
• Ability to lead with integrity and build relationships
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including holidays
