You will oversee the Front Desk, Royal Service, and Concierge operations, driving excellence in guest services while mentoring your leadership team. Your focus on guest satisfaction will propel initiatives aimed at enhancing loyalty and operational efficiency throughout the hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct Front Office operations to ensure outstanding service
• Mentor leadership team members for growth and development
• Implement guest personalization initiatives for satisfaction
• Monitor financial performance and operational metrics
• Lead communication across hotel departments for seamless service
Requirements:
• At least 4 years in Front Office management or similar
• Knowledge of Fairmont management software
• Hospitality Management education preferred
• Valued leader in hospitality and customer service
• Strong organizational and communication skills
