Lead operations at Canmore Downtown Hostel as a Hostel Manager in Canmore, AB. This full-time role requires strong leadership skills and budget management expertise for effective daily operations.
As the Hostel Manager, you will oversee all aspects of hostel management in a busy environment. With two to three years of experience required, you will develop policies, recruit staff, and handle performance reviews. This position includes negotiation with suppliers and clients while ensuring guest satisfaction through effective operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement daily operational policies
• Recruit and hire staff for all hostel functions

Requirements:
• College diploma or certificate (1-2 years program)
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in hospitality
