This full-time role requires passion and experience in leading teams in the food and beverage industry. You will be responsible for managing guest experiences and overall operational costs while planning exciting events. Your leadership will shape our pub’s culture and accountability among staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance guest experience and operational standards

• Maintain oversight of operating and labour costs

• Manage food and beverage supply and expenses

• Facilitate event planning and marketing strategies

• Hire, train, and develop a motivated team

Requirements:

• Strong background in sales and management

• Previous leadership experience in a pub setting

• Must hold Proserve and Protect certification

• Willing to work full time with varied shifts

• Experience handling high-volume service environments
